Real dates against urgency copy
This desk exists to keep dates straight, and this launch has both kinds in the same emails: hard published ones and soft invented ones. Sorted below.
Real, published, plannable
| When | What |
|---|---|
| Sat 12 Sep | Members-only session, prior buyers |
| Mon 14 Sep, 3pm and 8pm ET | Sessions 1 and 2 |
| Tue 15 Sep, 3pm and 8pm ET | Sessions 3 and 4 |
| Shortly after each session | Recording window closes |
| 24 September 2026, 11:59pm Pacific | Cart closes |

Not real, or not verifiable
- "Spots are filling fast." Streaming capacity scales and the incentive is to fill the room, not cap it.
- "Don't miss out." Copy, carrying no date.
- Any countdown that restarts when you reload a page. Not present in this sequence, and worth checking on any launch.
Why the invented urgency is the weaker half
Because the real dates are stronger. A cart closing on a published date and recordings that expire are both verifiable and both genuinely constraining. Putting an unverifiable seat count next to them invites a reader to discount everything at once.
The two clocks people confuse
The recordings expire before the cart does. Anyone planning to catch up on replays "nearer the deadline" will find the recordings gone and the purchase window still open. They are two separate clocks running at different speeds.
The replay window is logged here.
What to put in your calendar
One session on 14 September, whichever slot you can reach. A reminder to watch any recordings within two days. And 24 September 2026, 11:59pm Pacific as the actual decision point, because that is the only date on the list attached to money.
