The report is the door to the sessions

The free download exists mainly to get you onto the list before the workshops run. That is not a criticism - it is worth understanding, because it changes what you should do with it.

The order events actually happen in

You give an address. The report arrives. Session invitations follow. The workshops run. The cart opens, then closes on the 24th.

Seen as a sequence rather than as a document, the report is step one of five and the workshops are the part with the value in them. Treating it as the destination is the common mistake.

What the document itself contains

The argument for the method - why the mechanism works on current platforms and what the business built on it looks like. Genuine explanation, not the paid programme condensed.

Useful for deciding whether the approach appeals to you. Not sufficient for doing anything, which is what the sessions are for.

What you are trading

An address, and messages during the launch window. Said plainly because it should be: the sequence runs while the launch does and stops when it stops.

Use an address you actually read. Session reminders arrive there, and missing a live workshop because a reminder went to a dormant inbox is an avoidable way to lose the best free thing on offer.

The one thing worth doing when it arrives

Put the session dates in your calendar immediately, converted to your own time. This site publishes the conversions, and the ten minutes spent doing it is what determines whether you attend anything live.

People who read the report and plan to "catch the sessions later" mostly do not, because replays are not guaranteed for all of them.

If you are not going to buy

The sessions are still worth attending and the report is still free. Nobody is obliged to purchase anything, and a workshop attended by someone who never buys has still taught them something real.

That is a straighter description of the arrangement than most pages about lead magnets manage.
