Four signals, ten seconds

Launch weeks concentrate a lot of high-intent search into a few days, which is exactly the condition lookalike pages exist for. Here is the whole check.

Links from here resolve to the vendor's pages, and the cart you arrive at belongs to them rather than to us.

The four signals

1. Spell out the domain. Skim-reading is what the whole trick depends on; a swapped character or an inserted hyphen survives a glance and not a spelling.
2. A named payment processor on the payment screen, rather than a bare card form.
3. The published price: $2,497 or 6 payments of $497.
4. The stated deadline: 24 September 2026 at 11:59pm Pacific. Anything selling it afterwards is not the official cart.

Why launches specifically attract this

Because demand for a product name spikes into a fortnight and then vanishes. That pattern - concentrated, high-intent, short-lived - is what makes a lookalike page worthwhile to whoever builds one.

It is also why the check matters more this month than it would for an evergreen product you could buy any time.

What this site does and does not know

It tracks the launch calendar and it earns a commission on purchases made through its links. It has no access to your account, your payment, or anything you do at the vendor's checkout.

Stating that plainly because "how does this site make money" is a fair question and the answer should not have to be dug out of a footer.

What a tracked link is

The vendor's checkout with a referral tag on the end. Your cost is unchanged, the product is unchanged, and no third party is inserted into the transaction - the fee is paid out of the seller's own margin.

Some referrers attach a bonus package as well. That is the single practical difference and it can only work out in your favour.

What to do if a page fails one of the four

Leave it and start again from a link you trust. Not because a mismatch is always fraud - a stale cached page or a currency setting can do it - but because the cost of being wrong here is your card details and the cost of starting over is thirty seconds.

There is no version of this where pressing on past a price you cannot explain is the better call.
