The sessions this month are not a random set of topics. Laid out in order they describe one machine, and seeing that shape in advance makes each workshop easier to follow.

The machine, session by session

The mini-posts workshop covers producing enough content for a platform to have something to distribute. The templates session covers what that content looks like so it actually holds attention. The one-word-replies session covers turning the resulting engagement into private conversations. And the niche material covers what you would be talking about in the first place.

Four sessions, four components, one sequence. Attend all four and you have seen the whole mechanism demonstrated before deciding anything.

Why the order matters

Because each component is useless without the one before it. Conversations require engagement, engagement requires content that holds attention, and content requires a subject worth having one about.

Most people who have tried something like this and got nowhere were missing exactly one link - almost always the conversation step, because they sent people to a link instead.

What a week of doing it looks like

Publish, reply, adjust. Making a piece of content, answering what yesterday's produced, and occasionally changing what you point people toward.

Very little of it is technical and none of it is passive. It resembles running a small shop whose window happens to be made of posts.

The two errors the sessions warn about

Automating past the handover, which turns a conversation back into a broadcast and is noticed immediately by the person on the other end. And promoting something whose commission is too small to justify the traffic, which is a decision made early and badly by most people.
