The short answer
Yes, you can still buy. The cart runs to 24 September 2026, 11:59pm Pacific regardless of whether you attended anything. The replays are a separate, shorter clock.

People plan against the second and lose the first. If the replays matter to you, watch them now rather than "before the deadline".
Getting the replays
They go to the registration list. There is no separate replay signup, so somebody who skipped registering because the times did not suit them has neither.
If the window has gone entirely
The free written report is still up and carries the whole method — the four steps, the arithmetic, the failure modes. It does not expire the way a recording does.
What you lose by having missed them
The live questions, and the specific post openers held for the room. Not the mechanism, which is written down.
