What has changed year on year
Five annual runs under one name means there is a series to look at rather than a single event. Here is what has shifted.
The shifts
| Element | Direction |
|---|---|
| Traffic channel taught | Search, then social, now social plus DM automation |
| Tooling | From separate and recurring, to bundled |
| Event shape | Consistent: free sessions, offer at the end, dated close |
| Price tier | Held in the mid-market band |
The one that matters most
Bundling the tooling. The category norm has been a course at one price and software at a monthly fee on top. Moving the software inside the price changes the year-one comparison against every competitor, and it is the change most likely to be copied in 2027.
The underlying trend it is riding
Platforms have shifted weight from watch time toward replies, because a reply is a stronger signal that a post was worth showing than a view is. Methods that ask for a comment rather than a click sit on the right side of that shift.
That is a platform-level change rather than a tactic, which is why it has a longer shelf life than most launch mechanics. The method itself.
What has not changed
The dated close and the free-sessions structure. Five years running, the same shape. A launch that keeps its structure is easier to plan around than one that reinvents itself annually.
What would signal a change in direction
An extended cart, a mid-launch discount, or the tooling being moved back out into a subscription. None has happened. Current close: 24 September 2026, 11:59pm Pacific.
