The webinars, by date
Four calls across two days, free, run by Mark Ling. Times are Eastern, which is the thing to check first if you are anywhere else.
When they run
| When | Subject |
|---|---|
| Mon 14 Sep, 3pm ET | The comment-and-message mechanism |
| Mon 14 Sep, 8pm ET | Post templates for a zero-follower account |
| Tue 15 Sep, 3pm ET | Offer selection and the crossover arithmetic |
| Tue 15 Sep, 8pm ET | The tooling, demonstrated live |
Where the times land
Both slots are set for a North American audience. Reading outward: a late night across the UK and Europe, the small hours through the Gulf and India, and a working day or a sleeping night further east depending on the slot.
Which is the practical argument for attending one rather than four.
If the times do not work
Register anyway, before the calls run. The recording list is built from the registration list and there is no separate signup for replays — so the people most in need of a recording are the ones most likely to talk themselves out of the thing that delivers it.

Which one to attend live
Monday 3pm Eastern. It carries the mechanism, the other three assume it, and it is the one where questions from the room are worth being present for.
What follows
An offer at the end of the run, and a decision window to 24 September 2026, 11:59pm Pacific. Attending does not commit you to deciding on the call.
