The webinar, by date
Four calls, two days, free. This page is the dated version; if you arrived searching "workshop" instead, that page covers the same event under the other name.

What each ticket gets you, by date
| From | Free registration | Paid access |
|---|---|---|
| 14 Sep | All four calls, live | All four calls, live |
| Days after | Recordings, short window | Recordings, no window |
| Late Sep onward | Nothing further | The programme opens |
| October | — | Somewhere to take a question |
The divergence happens in the third row, not the first. Both tickets attend the same calls; only one of them still exists a fortnight later.
The fortnight that decides it
The interesting date is not the 14th. It is somewhere around the end of the first two weeks of posting, which by this calendar falls in the first days of October. That is the point people historically stop, and it arrives long after every free thing has expired.
So the free-versus-paid question is really a question about what you want available to you in October rather than about what is covered in September. The common questions are logged here.
What happens on each call, in order
Teaching first, offer last. That is the published structure and it holds across all four sessions, which means the first ninety minutes or so of any of them is the part you came for.
Knowing the shape in advance is useful for a practical reason: it tells you when you can stop taking notes and start evaluating a purchase, rather than trying to do both at once for two hours.
The arithmetic to write down
One part is worth copying rather than nodding at — the worked example showing what happens to the value of a hundred subscribers when a second, larger offer is introduced. Every input in it is labelled as an assumption in the source material, which is what makes it checkable against your own numbers later. The written version is logged here.
The date that actually matters
24 September 2026, 11:59pm Pacific. The sessions are on the 14th and 15th; the decision window runs nine days past them. Everything with an expiry is listed here.
